Dumping waste in public places and water bodies, and burning plastic within the limits of Vilavoorkkal Grama Panchayat, are punishable offences. If such violations are detected either directly or through valid evidence, a fine will be imposed.

SPECIAL NOTICE

It is hereby informed that all flex boards, flag decorations, poles, advertisements, and other display materials installed by political parties and institutions in public roads and public places within Vilavoorkkal Grama Panchayat must be removed by 5:00 PM on 15/09/2026.

If the materials are not removed within the stipulated time, a fine of ₹5,000 per board will be imposed in accordance with the order of the Hon’ble Kerala High Court.

This notice is issued for strict compliance.
