Operation Toofan 2.0 is part of an anti-narcotics awareness and prevention initiative implemented with public participation to curb drug use and distribution.

Creating awareness among youth and students about the ill effects of drug usage.
Preventing the consumption and supply of narcotic substances.
Bringing suspicious activities to the attention of the concerned authorities.

The inauguration of the panchayat-level programs was performed on 28/09/2026 by the Vilavoorkal Grama Panchayat President.
